Daniel Swinton is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, producer, and director whose work spans documentary, broadcast, and institutional storytelling. A multiple New York Emmy Award recipient, his films often explore history, place, community, and the people whose stories have been overlooked or forgotten. He brings more than twenty-five years of production experience to Beaversprite, combining documentary filmmaking with a commitment to archival research and visually driven storytelling. Swinton serves as Director and Producer of Beaversprite: Dorothy Richards and the Kinship of Wild Things, leading the film’s creative development, production, and post-production.
